First to the area Hung Gar Workshop featuring Hung Gar Master Eddie Lane.
Sifu Lane brings nearly forty Years of Martial Arts experience to a 2 day workshop on the most effective combat system in Martial History.
With this workshop you will learn secrets passed from Master to Student for countless generations. The subject matter for this unique event is a Hung Gar form (Combat practice set) created by Great Grand Master Lam Sai Wing called Chin Chueng Kuen, or The Warriors Palm. Over the course of the event participants will learn the complete form, history and applications ranging from devastating strikes to joint lock reversals and crippling locks and breaks for most every situation.
The FIRST Mixed Martial Art, Hung Gar Kung Fu was developed using the Tiger and Crane Kung Fu systems. Over the centuries the system has grown to include knowledge from several Masters, tested on countless battle fields and systematized into forms, or practice sets for sharing with new generations.
Beginning Saturday, March 17th with Demonstrations in forms and weapons after which all in attendance will have opportunity to learn the Beautiful and Devastating Combat form, The Warrior Palm.
Sunday all day application teaching and practice.
Private lessons available by appointment.
